Kordis aims for WCAG 2.2 Level AA on this website. WCAG is the shared standard for websites that everyone can use, people with disabilities included. Most sites aim for Level AA.

What is in place today

These points come from Kordis’s own checks, last made on October 27, 2026.

  • Every image on the home page that carries meaning has a text description. Decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
  • A skip link lets you jump past the menu to the content.
  • Each page has clear landmarks and a stated language, so a screen reader can find its way.
  • Motion is reduced for visitors whose device asks for less of it.
  • Links and buttons show a visible outline when you reach them with the keyboard.
  • Body text has a contrast ratio of at least 8 to 1 against its background.
  • On the home page and How it works, a step you are not reading yet is dimmed, and its text keeps a contrast ratio of at least 4.5 to 1.
  • Nothing scrolls sideways on a phone screen 390 pixels wide.

The product pictures

The pictures of the product on this site are illustrations made from the real product, using example data. Each one carries a written label. A screen reader reads that label and skips the buttons and fields inside the picture.

What is not done yet

No independent audit of this website has been done. The list above comes from Kordis’s own checks. Kordis does not claim that the site meets WCAG 2.2 Level AA today. That is the target.

One limit is known. The product pictures carry a label, not a full text description of each screen. If you need more than the label gives, ask, and Kordis will describe the screen in writing.

Ontario and the AODA

Kordis serves staffing agencies in Ontario. The goals of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act guide this work. This page is a plain account of what Kordis does. It is not a statement of legal compliance.
