Do I have to learn new software?

No. If you can text, you can run Kordis. There are screens if you want them, but anything you can click you can also just ask for in a sentence. Nothing important requires training, a manual, or a certification course your team will resent.

How long does setup take?

An afternoon launch session, plus 1–2 follow-ups for larger rosters or data cleanup. Bring your worker roster, client list, sites, and rate sheets as CSV or Excel — however messy — and Kordis previews each one before anything imports. You confirm what goes in, and you leave the first session with your own data already working. No IT project, no consultants.

Will Kordis make decisions without me?

No — and that's by design, not by setting. Kordis stages the work and shows you exactly what it wants to do; nothing that touches money or people goes out without your OK. Every confirmed action leaves a receipt. Reversible operations can be undone; some records (like activity notes and messages) become part of your permanent history. Kordis shows you exactly what falls into each bucket. Kordis does the legwork. You make the calls.

How do I know it isn't making things up?

Every number it shows you carries a source you can click — the order, the shift, the invoice it came from, in your own records. If there's no source, it says "I can't verify that" instead of guessing. And money figures are never written by the part of Kordis that writes sentences — they're computed from your records, full stop. The details are on our security page.

What happens to my workers' sensitive data?

Social security numbers, birth dates, and bank details are encrypted the moment they arrive, every access to them is logged permanently, and you can export or delete your data whenever you ask. We publish exactly what we can verify — and nothing more — at kordis.ai/security.

Does Kordis replace my ATS or payroll provider?

Accepted Answer

It doesn't have to. Kordis prepares clean invoice and payroll line items you can send into QuickBooks Online or Gusto, so your accountant's world keeps working. Many owners find Kordis absorbs the jobs their spreadsheets and point tools were doing — but you decide what to retire, and when.

What about calling rules — consent, do-not-call, quiet hours?

Confirmation and screening calls run with a consent opener, inside business calling hours, with opt-outs honored and every contact logged with its outcome. The record of who was called, when, and what was said is kept — so if a question ever comes, the answer is already written down.
