We built Kordis for our mom.
She runs a staffing agency in Ontario. Kordis began on the other side of her phone, solving the 5 a.m. confirmation scramble in a real staffing operation. The work done, everything staged for your call.

The first version of Kordis ran inside a real staffing operation. Every morning at five, a dispatcher started calling down a list of workers to confirm who was showing up. Sequential dialing, voicemails, spreadsheet notes. By the time the last name was reached, the first shift had started.
That operation is family. Kordis started because we watched our mom run her agency, her days eaten by screening applicants, chasing onboarding, and calling around to fill shifts, and we decided to build the tool she should have had all along.
The strange part wasn't the workload. It was that the technology to fix it already existed. Everyone kept telling owners to use better tools. Nobody handed them anything that worked on the messy spreadsheet they already have, in the language they already speak, without a consultant or an IT project or a leap of faith.
That gap is the company. The infrastructure existed; owners needed the vehicle. So we built the version where you say what you want done, the work gets staged, you make the call, and every number shows you where it came from. Set up on your data, same day, with us sitting next to you.
It started with crew confirmation. It grew into the rest of the week: shifts, workers, hours, and pay in one place, because that's what running a staffing business actually is.
“Kordis does the work. You make the decisions.”
Our measure: does the owner wake up calmer and sleep easier? If a feature doesn't shift one of those, we don't ship it.
What we hold ourselves to
Your call, always
Kordis stages the work; you make the decisions that matter. Nothing moves money or people without you. That division of labor is permanent; it's the design, not a setting.
Proof over promises
Every number traces to your own records, every action leaves a receipt, everything important can be undone. We'd rather show you than ask you to believe us.
Honest by default
No invented testimonials, no badges we don't hold, no features sold before they exist. When something on our site is a plan rather than a fact, it isn't on our site.
Great tech is how you become the best version of your business.
