The Kordis operator's manual

Eight pages built for the desk, not just the browser: the three jobs, the named systems, the ten checks before a text goes out, the province rules, what stays yours, the price, the trial, and how to start. Every figure below comes from the same records that run kordisai.com.

FIG 01 The three jobs

The recruiter
  • Apply Link
  • Smart Screen
  • One-Tap Hire
The HR department
  • Pocket Onboarding
  • AutoFile
  • Renewal Clock
  • Worker Line
  • Five-Minute Payroll
The dispatcher
  • ReadyMatch
  • ShiftFill
  • Call-Out Cover
  • Redeploy

One worker's path through Kordis, in three stages. He applies, and the Recruiter stage handles Apply Link, Smart Screen and One-Tap Hire. He is hired, and the HR department stage handles Pocket Onboarding, AutoFile, Renewal Clock, Worker Line and Five-Minute Payroll. He is cleared, and the Dispatcher stage handles ReadyMatch, ShiftFill, Call-Out Cover and Redeploy. Then he is on shift.

One worker moves through all three stages. Nothing she already told Kordis gets asked of her twice.

In the door

Recruiter

Finding people, proving they can do the work, and hiring them.

Ready to work

HR department

Everything between your yes and her first shift. Then payroll.

On the shift

Dispatcher

Filling the shift, and covering it when someone drops out.

FIG 02 The named systems

Twelve tools, one job each.

Every one of them has one name and one plain sentence for what it actually does. A name never appears without that sentence.

Apply Link
One link you text or post anywhere. Every applicant lands in one list, with nothing re-typed.
Smart Screen
Kordis calls with the questions for that job and keeps the recording, transcript, answers, and source with the application.
One-Tap Hire
You read the evidence and tap Hire. The same worker record moves into onboarding.
Pocket Onboarding
Forms, policies, direct-deposit details, and the role quiz arrive on the worker's phone.
AutoFile
Paper files to the worker record. Missing required evidence stays visibly open.
Renewal Clock
Expiry-dated cards and permits remain visible from the date they are read.
Worker Line
Everyday worker questions answer from your records. Anything requiring judgment comes to you.
Five-Minute Payroll
Kordis matches names to the hours file, shows exceptions and province rules, and prepares the export for your approval.
ReadyMatch
Client, site, role, time, equipment, worker status, and shift conflicts are checked before outreach.
ShiftFill
Kordis prepares the best-fitting available workers, sends only the outreach you approve, logs replies, and stops when the seats are claimed.
Call-Out Cover
When someone drops, Kordis shows which already-cleared workers fit and prepares the replacement outreach for your OK.
Redeploy
When an assignment ends, Kordis keeps the proven worker visible beside compatible open work so you can offer the next shift.
The Concierge
Ask in Kordis in ordinary language. It answers from your agency's own records and takes you to the right screen.

FIG 03 The ten checks before a text goes out

Every candidate for a shift clears all ten before Kordis reaches out. A candidate who fails one is ruled out, with the plain reason shown to you.

FIG 05 What stays yours

What Kordis will never do.

AI for responsiveness. People for judgment. Kordis calls, texts, reads, files, and stages. You decide. Every decision has a name on it.

  • Kordis never hires anyone. You read the evidence and tap Hire.

  • Nothing reaches a worker before you approve it. You can read it, change it, or throw it out before it goes anywhere.

  • Kordis does not replace anyone on your team. The coordinator you have keeps her job. The phoning, the chasing, and the paperwork stop being hers.

  • Nobody browses your workers' details. Not even us. Social insurance numbers, birth dates, and bank details are sealed before they're stored.

  • Every dollar figure you see comes straight from your own records. Kordis prepares the numbers from your hours and your rates. It does not invent them.

Keep your books, payroll provider, phone, and people.

Kordis works around the systems that already hold your business. Worker messages still come from your agency. Every completed action keeps a receipt.

FIG 06 The price

One flat price, no per-seat math.

$249 a month for your first three months, the founding rate while we grow with our first agencies. $499 a month after that, stated up front. No surprises.

One flat price, a month, everything in, for agencies up to 200 active workers. Running more than 200 workers? Tell us your numbers and we quote it. Same product, same flat shape, no per-seat math.

  • Two weeks free to start. Nothing is charged during the trial. Decide after
