Zoho sells two products a Canadian staffing agency would look at: Zoho Recruit, a recruiting ATS priced per user from C$30 a month billed annually, and Zoho Workerly, a temp desk priced per temp from C$65.12 per 25 temps a month. Both publish their prices in Canadian dollars.
Kordis is neither. It runs the shift desk itself: confirmation texts and calls that go out on their own, cover staged before the shift starts, credential expiry that stops a dispatch, and hours prepared for the payroll provider you already use.
What is Zoho Recruit good at?
Zoho is unusually honest about price for this category, and Workerly is genuinely temp-shaped rather than an ATS with a scheduling tab bolted on: temps accept or reject a job in their own portal or from a link, clock in against geo-fencing, and their hours become an electronic timesheet the client can approve and an invoice you can send. Recruit sits beside it as a full recruiting system with a free tier, and if you already run Zoho, both live inside the account and the bill you have.

The Zoho Recruit staffing agency edition reads C$30 (Standard), C$65 (Professional) and C$95 (Enterprise) per user per month billed annually, or C$38, C$75 and C$115 billed monthly, with a forever-free tier and a 15-day trial. Zoho Workerly Premium reads C$65.12 per 25 temps per month billed annually (C$74 monthly), minimum 25 temps, with extra temps at C$1.75 each to 500 and C$1.08 above that, a client portal licence at C$3.75 a month, and a forever-free tier of five temps. Zoho's own note: local taxes are charged in addition. Read in a browser from zoho.com on 2026-08-03, in Canadian dollars, because the figures are injected client-side and a plain fetch of those pages returns no numbers at all.
Pick Zoho Recruit if

Common questions
Is Zoho Workerly the same thing as Zoho Recruit?
No. Recruit is a recruiting ATS, priced per user, for moving candidates to a hire. Workerly is the temp desk, priced per temp, for scheduling, timesheets, and client invoicing. An agency that wants both the pipeline and the temp desk is buying two subscriptions on two different meters.
What would Zoho cost a Canadian agency with 60 temps?
Zoho publishes C$65.12 for the first 25 temps a month billed annually and C$1.75 for each temp from 26 to 500. Read the way its own table stacks them, a 60-temp roster is roughly C$126 a month before tax, plus C$3.75 per client portal licence, plus Zoho Recruit per user if you want the ATS as well. Confirm the total in its calculator before you buy.
Can Zoho Workerly cover a 4 a.m. call-out?
Workerly asks temps to accept or reject a job in their portal or from a link. Zoho publishes nothing that then works down the rest of your bench, checks who is actually eligible, stops the moment the shift is claimed, and hands you the fill to approve. That is the job Kordis was built to do.
Does Zoho handle Ontario, BC, or Alberta rules?
Zoho localizes its prices to Canadian dollars, but publishes no provincial employment standards, WSIB or WorkSafeBC, or calling-window features on either product. A Canadian agency handles those outside the software, which is where the double-entry usually starts.
Could an agency run Zoho and Kordis together?
Yes. If your books and mail already live in Zoho, keep them there; Kordis is deliberately not an accounting or email product. Where the two overlap is the temp desk itself, and that is the comparison to make on the table above rather than paying twice for it.
